ABOUT ME
HOWDY!!! My name is Brandon Marshall and I'm part of the CastnShoot Team...and damn proud!!! :)

I'm a graduate of Texas A&M University - College Station and do every type of outdoor activity I can physically accomplish....water skiing is not one of them although I've always wanted to learn!

I recently sold my 21' Shallow Sport and below is a tribute to it....just didn't seem right not to pay her a little respect! After all...all the fish...and beer that have fallen to that boat it would have been sacreligious!!!





HOBBIES
There is NO OFFSEASON for guys like me!!! If my body didn't need rest I'd be fishing and hunting 24 hours of the day. Fishing I do/done: Fly fishing, salt-flats fishing, off-shore fishing, Wall-eye and Pike in Canada, and Tournament fishing. Hunting I do/done: Deer, Turkey, Duck, Goose, Pheasant, Dove, Quail, and varmint.

My favorite is an open reed Crit-R-Call.  (http://www.critrcall.com/)  It is very versitle from a bark/howl to a squeaker.  This call works great in places with both cats and dogs.  Vermonator calls are great too.  (http://www.verminatorpredatorcalls.com/)  Lights are very important too, I use a LightForce (http://www.lightforce.net.au/images/OCT02.pdf) w/red lens and a home-made 12" shroud.  If the light halo's the truck, the animal is able to see you just as much as you are to see him.  I hope this helps you out and if I can be of anymore help, let me know.

I did recognize the boat.  Jason said no it wasn't Brian's, it was too blue, but when we saw those gay slide outs in the back, we knew it was his boat.
